Actually, the exact words were more like "how come I had to pay £thousands before for my website and now you are charging a small fraction of that. How can you charge much less than others - there must be a catch?"
Answer: I am genuinely trying to help construction businesses tap into affordable marketing. I'm doing this out of passion and interest for construction that I've come from, for the insight I get into the work that contractors do up and down the country, sense of fulfilment when we launch a website and peers are pleased and impressed.
So answer is simple, no catch.
A website I launched recently - did it cost £thousands? - NO.
Would a web design agency charge you that much for a similar website? - YES.
Any websites I've designed and launched cost £thousands? - NO.
